We had an amazing time at the Longroom last night (24/09/2011). The doorman was very welcoming and helped us find an area for all of our coats and bags. We were given a great spot that could cater for our group despite it being very busy. Every single staff member that we encountered had a smile on their face, were very friendly and gave exceptional service. The food was fabulous! The atmosphere was fantastic. The place was very busy with the world cup etc but some how the staff made you feel like you were the only patrons they had. We were all very, very impressed. Thank you Longroom staff. We will definitely be back :-)

Many thanks for hosting the inaugural Variety "Friends" event at Longroom on Tuesday. I expect that from the noise you could gauge the level of enthusiasm our guests had for the topic and the selection of food and wine provided! Everyone had a thoroughly lovely evening and we are very grateful for your support and hope there is an opportunity to work together in the future.

Hi Guys, Just wanted to drop you a note thanking you & the team for making my 40th such a fantastic evening. All the feedback I've had from everyone who attended was that the venue was great, the food excellent, and the service superb. I was really impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of everyone I dealt with, we were all made to feel really welcome. In particular the barman on duty in short rm got praise from everyone for his helpfulness and and positive manner, our waitress was the picture of friendly and very helpful service - Absolutely one of the best hospitality experience I've ever had. Thanks again for your help with the booking and I was very grateful for the advice I received from Des in the organisation - Five stars from me and I'll certainly be recommending you to anyone I know looking for a venue, without any hesitation

My partner had his birthday party in the ShortRoom at the beginning of the March and it was a fantastic night all round. The bar staff were all great, atmosphere and music awesome and all went off wihtout a hitch. Thanks to James for organising it all and to the barman on the night - Ryan I think his name was.

We were a group of four and headed to the Longroom on Sunday night. The welcome from the staff was friendly and we were seated quickly out the back by the fire.
Our table service was quick and engaging with our drinks arriving within minutes.
As a table we ordered two long plates which was enough for us all as a lite meal. The food was outstanding with the standouts being the pork and tuna tar tare.
We will be heading back.

Went to Longroom on Sunday 22nd August. Service was awesome, food was AMAZING. Highly recommend! Been here a few times and it has always been consistent. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. If you haven't been here yet you are missing out!!
